Alex Flanagan

She earned her degree from The University of Arizona, and Salpointe Catholic High School. She is an anchor/reporter for NFL Network and NBC Sports, and a sideline journalist in Football Night in America and the home matches that are part of Notre Dame football. Flanagan is watched in the cult games on video Madden 10 and Madden 11, where she hosts a recap of the game's games alongside Fran Charles. Alex was raised in Sonoita Arizona. Kevin Flanagan, a former basketball player at the University of Arizona is her husband. They both have daughters. Alex's parents own the Arizona steak houses "The Steak Out", situated in Sonoita and Dove Mountain. Flanagan began her journey to her career path as a reporter for news and anchor in the college years as an intern student at KVOA-TV and she began reporting on sports in 1998. She worked for various networks that include NBC Sports, NFL Network, ESPN, and Fox Sports. Also, she was a Gamma Phi Beta member. Flanagan's initial job on TV was a reporter on weekends as well as a general assignment reporter for KCCO-TV, Alexandria, Minnesota following her graduation.
