Lis Wihl (born on August 19, 1961) was an American lawyer and writer who was employed by Fox News.
She has been an adjunct professor of Law in New York Law School and was formerly an Associate Professor at the University of Washington Law School. She has offered legal commentary on National Public Radio program and on Bill O'Reilly's radio show, The Radio Factor. She was a regular guest for The O'Reilly Factor as well Lou Dobbs Today The Kelly File With Megyn Kelly with Neil Cavuto and The Kelly File.
Wiehl was raised in Yakima, Washington, and was a graduate of West Valley High School in Yakima. She has an undergraduate degree in Arts at Barnard College and an MA in Literature (University of Queensland) along with a JD in law from Harvard Law School.
Wiehl served as prosecutor in the US Attorney's Office. She was the legal correspondent on NPR All Things Considered. She was "the deputy chief investigative counsel for Democrats in the House Judiciary Committee during Clinton's impeachment." The time she worked at University of Washington School of Law Seattle began in 1995 through 2001. She ran the school's Trial Advocacy Program. From 2001 until the year 2017 Wiehl was a legal analyst for Fox News.
